Aimee Fresia

Aimee Fresia is a Missouri born artist.  She is a 1996 graduate of the Kansas City Art Institute, with a fiber emphasis. Her latest work is acrylic on panel with collaged elements both as a respite from the political atmosphere and a biting satire of the absurdity of modern existence.   Fresia spends many hours contemplating the strange ramblings of her Facebook friends, and is often struck with inspiration by the most absurd of these.  Aimee went on to get a teaching degree and has taught art in public schools for the past 24 years.  She lives a happy life with her spouse, children, way too many chickens and a snuggly kitten.
